Most of the guidelines below do not pertain to these divisions as they relate to the International pageant, by signing below, you are only agreeing to the provisions that are pertinent to these divisions.

International Level Division, these titles DO continue onto the International competition and require competing at Internationals

Agreeing to the below conditions does not bind you to any agreements if you do not enter. Once you are officially entered into the pageant by paying the fee only binds you to the following terms:

I understand and agree that if there are less than 5 entered into the division I am entering or entering someone into, that I will be responsible for paying the $300.00 Media Fee for the International competition. This fee will be due upon my crowning.

DISQUALIFICATION, WITHDRAWAL OR FAILURE TO COMPETE
By submitting the entry form and entry fee, I agree to abide by all rules and policies set forth by North America Beauty Pageant. I attest that all information submitted is true and accurate. Failure to comply with North America Beauty Pageant policies may result in immediate disqualification and/or forfeiture of prizes won without benefit of refund in full or in part at the discretion of North America Beauty Pageant. I understand that Rules, Regulations and policies may change from time to time and I agree in advance to any changes or alterations without notice to me. I agree that should I resign, withdraw from competition, fail to attend the International pageant, or am disqualified, I will immediately return the crown and sash that was issued to me and will not be entitled to a refund. I understand that if I choose not to compete at the International competition, I will be assessed a $200.00 "NO SHOW" fee.
MANAGEMENT & REPRESENTATION
I agree that, if I am selected as a state or regional titleholder, that for one year from the day of the selection, my professional affairs as said titleholder shall be under the sole and complete management of North America Beauty Pageant, or third party representation company they select and that I will not give any written or verbal endorsement of any mercantile commodity or commercial or charitable organization without obtaining specific written authority from North America Beauty Pageant.
HONESTY POLICY
I attest that all information which I have and will submit is true and accurate. I understand that falsification of information will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of all prizes won to me.
CODE OF CONDUCT
I agree to display good sportsmanship at all times. I understand that engaging in slanderous or libelous behavior, including but not limited to posting negative or inflammatory messages to the internet, harassing judges, contestants or staff in person, via telephone, mail, or email constitutes poor sportsmanship & may result in disqualification at the discretion of North America Beauty Pageant.
PUBLICITY & PROMOTION
I give North America Beauty Pageant permission to use my name, photo, likeness, voice & biographical information for purposes of publicity, advertising, and promotion in print, radio, video, on the North America Beauty Pageant owned websites, and in any other media and for purposes of producing promotional merchandise, including but not limited to clothing (e.g., t-shirts), posters, and other products. I understand that I am not entitled to any compensation from the sale of such products.
SELECTION OF JUDGES
I understand and accept that North America Beauty Pageant. will appoint judges for all titles. I understand that the decision of the judges is final and non-contestable.
NON-REFUNDABLE FEE POLICY
I understand that the pageant is a self-supporting event and that all fees paid are not refundable and not transferable in full or in part under any circumstance. This includes entry fees, ticket sales, ad sales, and any other fees paid with the exception of cancellation of the pageant.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
I understand and agree that: a.) North America Beauty Pageant, it’s officers, employees, and pageant personnel are not responsible for accidents, injury or theft incurred at the time of the pageant or travel to and from. b.) North America Beauty Pageant, are not responsible for negligence or fraud on the part of pageant sponsors, judges, or contract vendors who may be providing products or services to delegates at a North America Beauty Pageant. c.) North America Beauty Pageant is not responsible for negligence or fraud on the part of the host venue. I HEREBY RELEASE, UNCONDITIONALLY AND FOREVER, ANY CLAIM AGAINST THE NORTH AMERICA BEAUTY PAGEANT AND AFFILIATED OR RELATED COMPANIES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, PARTNERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND ASSIGNS, FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, ACTIONS, DAMAGES, LIABILITIES, LOSSES, COSTS AND EXPENSES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ATTORNEY’S FEES) ARISING OUT OF, RESULTING FROM, OR BY REASON OF, MY PARTICIPATION IN OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PAGEANT INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY TRAVEL WE UNDERTAKE IN CONNECTION WITH MY PARTICIPATION IN THE PAGEANT AND EXPLOITATION OF THE PAGEANT, OF MY APPEARANCE IN THE PAGEANT, OR ANY USE OF ANY PRIZE OR GIFT AWARDED TO ME IN CONNECTION WITH THE PAGEANT. THIS RELEASE SPECIFICALLY INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, ACTIONS, DAMAGES, LIABILITIES, LOSSES, COSTS AND EXPENSES OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM THE ACTIONS OF ANOTHER CONTESTANT OR ANY OTHER THIRD PARTY AT ANY TIME. I AGREE THAT I WILL NOT BRING OR BE A PARTY TO ANY LEGAL ACTION OR CLAIM AGAINST THE RELEASED PARTIES, OR ANY OF THEM, BASED UPON OR ARISING OUT OF MY PARTICIPATION IN THE PAGEANT OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE PAGEANT, OR ANY EXPLOITATION OF THE PAGEANT, OR ANY USE OF ANY PRIZE OR GIFT AWARDED TO ME IN CONNECTION WITH THE PAGEANT, ON ANY LEGAL THEORY WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, RIGHTS OF PRIVACY AND PUBLICITY, OR DEFAMATION.)
VENUE LOCATION
I agree that if there shall be any issues that need to be resolved by a third party, that I agree that the venue of these proceedings, shall take place in Genesee County, Michigan, the business location of the North America Beauty Pageant.
