Tina Hurley, Ms. North America 2026, is a board-certified Physician Associate, founder and Executive Director of the national nonprofit Less Leg More Heart, and a below-knee amputee who has dedicated her life to helping others overcome limb loss. After once assisting with amputations as a vascular surgery PA, Tina’s own life changed forever when she became an amputee- a journey that transformed her greatest challenge into her greatest purpose. Today, she leads an organization that provides vital support, supplies and services to amputees across the country while inspiring audiences through her message that adversity can become an opportunity to serve. A proud mother, Tina uses her platform to redefine disability, champion resilience, and prove that true beauty is found in courage, compassion, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of others.
