Aileen Ponce is a proud 16 year old latina of El Paso, Texas, and a junior at El Dorado High School, where she is pursuing a Veterinary Science endorsement. Driven by a deep passion for helping others, Aileen is dedicated to caring for both animals and people in need.

Recently crowned Miss Teen North America 2026, Aileen uses her national platform, Leading in Kindness. It is an organization she founded when she was just seven years old to make a meaningful impact. Through extensive community service, public events, and her social media outreach, she is committed to spreading awareness and inspiring positive change far beyond her hometown.

Outside of the pageant world, Aileen enjoys playing soccer with her younger sister, dancing, and spending quality time with family and friends. Faith also plays a central role in her life. She actively participates in her church’s youth group, where she loves worshiping and deepening her faith. Aileen firmly places her life in God’s hands, trusting in His plan for her future, and she hopes to continue making a meaningful impact on communities with God by her side.
