Netalia previously held the title of Jr. Miss Pennsylvania North America 2026 and proudly represented Pennsylvania throughout the year by promoting her platform, Mindful Moments, which encourages young people to prioritize mental health through mindfulness, self-care, and healthy habits. Her commitment to serving others and making a positive impact in her community has been at the heart of her year of service.

In addition to her pageant accomplishments, Netalia is an active student and community volunteer. She has volunteered with local organizations and enjoys encouraging other young people to pursue their goals with confidence, kindness, and resilience.

“Winning this title is an honor,” said Boyer. “I’m grateful for everyone who has supported me throughout this journey. I look forward to using this opportunity to continue advocating for mental health awareness, serving my community, and inspiring others to believe in themselves.”

As titleholder, Netalia will spend the coming year representing the North America Beauty Pageant Internationals at community events, appearances, and charitable activities while continuing to promote her platform, Mindful Moments, and encouraging young people to lead with compassion, confidence, and purpose
